Job description

A well-established Insurance Defense Firm in San Diego is seeking an experienced Construction Defect Paralegal to join its team. Join an outstanding team of litigation paralegals, where you'll have the flexibility to work remotely within California. As a Construction Defect Paralegal, you'll assist attorneys with all aspects of litigation matters, including discovery, depositions, subpoenas, trial preparation, and settlement conferences.

 

Requirements:

  • Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-accredited program.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Construction Defect matters, including slip and fall and construction injury defense.
  • Experience in California Superior Courts.
  • Proficiency in legal research and document management.
