The paralegal will be responsible for calendaring and scheduling for hearings, depositions, and mediations, drafting routine legal documents, conducting legal research, reviewing and organizing case material, and drafting pleadings, subpoenas, discovery requests, and other legal documents. Additionally, the paralegal will assist in deposition preparation, pre-trial investigations, trial preparation, and witness preparation, and provide trial assistance, open/close files, process administrative cases, interact with clients, and provide case updates.  

The position offers an annual salary between $60,000 and $75,000, including eligible bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, short- and long-term disability insurance, life insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off, and continuing legal education.
