A national healthcare provider in Ontario, California is seeking a highly skilled Transactional Paralegal with a minimum of three years of experience in a law firm setting for a full-time, in-office position. You will be responsible for reporting to the IT (color:#202124;Information Technology) attorney and assisting with various software licensing agreements, including standard office software, healthcare-specific (EMR) software, and medical device agreements.
