We are looking for a highly skilled Physician Assistant for an exciting role in urgent and primary care. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional care to patients of all ages, diagnosing and treating both acute and chronic conditions, prescribing treatments, and interpreting diagnostic tests. You will have the choice of four 10-hour shifts or five 8-hour shifts.

Work Expectations: 

• Provide primary and urgent care to patients across all age groups. 
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions. 
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and prescribe treatments. 
• Uphold patient safety and quality by ensuring a safe healthcare environment and minimizing medical errors. 
• Promote positive health behaviors through health education and counseling and facilitate necessary referrals. 
• Conduct psycho-social assessments of patients and families, treating all with respect and dignity while aiming for high patient satisfaction. 
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to plan optimal patient care, formulating personalized treatment and education plans. 

Qualifications: 

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant Program 
• Current Physician Assistant license from the California Physician Assistant Board
