This full-time PA position requires a 40-hour workweek with no on-call duties. As a valued member of the practice, you will work closely with a team of full-time urologists, primarily focusing on handling cystoscopies and providing training. While physicians handle all other procedures, you will play a crucial role in supporting various aspects of patient care. On full clinic days, you can expect to see 20-24 patients, performing tasks such as assisting with medication refills, triaging patient advice calls, addressing post-operative inquiries, and providing support to our LVNs in managing catheter issues and excessive bleeding. Pre-operative and post-operative visits will also be part of your responsibilities.

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary ranging from $138,000 to $165,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Please note that this figure does not include potential bonuses. In addition to the salary, the practice offer a comprehensive benefits package, which includes 27 days of paid time off, health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with employer match, continued medical education opportunities, as well as malpractice and tail insurance. 

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 25 procedures performed as a first or second assistant in surgery within the past 24 months, under the supervision of an approved supervising physician.
