A Nationwide Plaintiffs' Personal Injury firm, based in Mt. Pleasant, SC, is seeking a litigation attorney to support their asbestos practice group. We are looking for energetic, driven, detail-oriented people for this onsite role.

Responsibilities:

• Handle your caseload from inception to resolution.
• Manage discovery, evidentiary hearings, ADR, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation.
• Second-chair trials with the opportunity to first-chair down the line.

Candidate Parameters:

• Minimum two years of litigation experience (plaintiff exp required).
• Trial experience desired but not required.
• Asbestos, personal injury, products liability, wrongful death, and medical malpractice experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Commitment to representing plaintiffs.

Salary Range:

• $130,000 - $160,000
