A well-established, AV-rated Los Angeles firm is looking for a Construction Litigation Attorney to join its practice. This position offers hybrid flexibility, a reasonable billable hour requirement, and a partnership track. Manage new and ongoing cases, collaborate with partners, conduct research, draft legal documents, participate in discovery, represent clients in court, and engage in settlement negotiations.
