Job description

Are you a corporate attorney looking for a coveted in-house role? Mission Recruiting represents a company in Orange County, California, in their search for a Corporate In-House Counsel. This attorney position will provide legal advice, contract review and management, compliance establishment, external representation, legal updates, and more.


This is an in-office role with no billable hour requirement. The ideal candidate must possess extensive experience in corporate law and transactions, strong knowledge of corporate law principles and contract drafting, expertise in regulatory compliance, business acumen, analytical skills, effective communication, leadership experience, strong ethics, and adaptability for continuous learning.
