Position Overview:

We are seeking a Civil Litigation Attorney with 3-6 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in civil litigation, including experience with discovery, taking plaintiff depositions, interacting with opposing counsel, and engaging directly with clients. While 1st/2nd chair trial experience is a plus, it is not a requirement.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Handle all aspects of civil litigation cases, from inception   to resolution
•  Conduct discovery, including drafting and responding to   discovery requests
•  Take depositions of plaintiffs and other key witnesses
•  Interact with opposing counsel to negotiate settlements   and resolve disputes
•  Provide direct client representation and maintain strong   client relationships
•  Assist with trial preparation and potentially serve as 1st   or 2nd chair in trials

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
•  Admission to the Massachusetts Bar
•  3-6 years of experience in civil litigation
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary Range: $115,000 - $130,000
