Job description

Looking for an experienced Eviction Litigation attorney to join our team in Carlsbad, CA!

As our real estate litigation attorney, you will be responsible for representing our clients in various real estate litigation matters, including breach of contract, landlord-tenant disputes, and property disputes. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in real estate litigation and should be familiar with California state laws and regulations.

You will be responsible for conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, negotiating settlements, and advocating for our clients in court. You should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and judges.

To qualify for this position, you must have a Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school, as well as a license to practice law in California. Looking for an attorney with at least 3 years of experience in real estate litigation.
