Position Summary:

We are currently seeking a motivated and talented Family Law Associate to join our team in Modesto, CA. This role presents excellent opportunities for career advancement within a supportive and dynamic work culture. 3-10 years of Family Law experience required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert legal counsel and representation to clients in various family law matters.
• Navigate the complexities of family law, including divorce, child custody, support, and property division.
• Draft legal documents such as petitions, motions, and settlement agreements.
• Conduct legal research and stay abreast of changes in family law statutes and regulations.
• Advocate for clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide compassionate guidance.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve optimal outcomes for clients.
• Onsite Monday- Friday
