Key Responsibilities:

  • Case Management: Handle a broad spectrum of litigation cases, including but not limited to commercial disputes, personal injury, contract disputes, and more.
  • Courtroom Representation: Fiercely advocate for clients in court, presenting arguments, examining witnesses, and delivering compelling closing statements.
  • Legal Research and Writing: Conduct thorough legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents with precision and clarity.
  • Client Communication: Maintain strong, clear communication with clients, keeping them informed and involved throughout their case.
  • Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate settlements when appropriate, always aiming for the best possible resolution for our clients.
  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement aggressive litigation strategies tailored to each case's unique circumstances.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues and support staff to ensure comprehensive case preparation and execution.

 

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the NY State Bar and in good standing.
  • Experience in general litigation.
  • Proven track record of successful litigation outcomes.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of cases and manage deadlines effectively.
  • Bulldog-like tenacity and determination in pursuing justice for clients.
