Job Title: Bilingual Immigration Attorney (Senior Level)

Location: El Paso, Texas

Salary: $90,000 base salary with 10% of each contract attained, annually

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in immigration law, specifically in family law immigration and removal defense
• Strong leadership, communication, and writing skills
• Fluency in both English and Spanish
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid team-oriented work environment
• Must be a native of El Paso, Texas or have strong ties to the community

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with paralegals on every case, providing clear instructions and evaluating their work
• Conduct first-time consultations with clients to assess the feasibility of their cases
• Provide excellent customer service to clients throughout the legal process
• Represent clients in immigration proceedings, including court appearances and administrative hearings
• Stay updated on changes in immigration law and policies
• Participate in community outreach and education initiatives related to immigration law
