Responsibilities:

• Drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
• Conducting and defending depositions, both percipient and expert.
• Making court appearances.
• Conducting legal research.
• Drafting simple and complex correspondence.
• Meeting with clients.
• Managing deadlines and exceeding quarterly hourly billing minimums.
• 1850 Hour minimum

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of litigation experience.
• Dynamic and energetic individual with multitasking abilities.
• Excellent writing and advocacy skills.
• Creative strategic thinking.
• Ability to perform well under pressure.
• Team player.

Benefits:

• Competitive salary: $115,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year.
