A national-level law firm is looking for a Labor and Employment Attorney to add to its expanding team in Newport Beach, CA. You will work on wage and hour class action lawsuits, PAGA litigation, and FEHA claims. Your job will be to prepare cases for trial, represent clients, attend court, and depose witnesses.
