Job description
An AV-rated law firm with a long, successful history has an immediate need for an Associate Litigation Attorney to join their team in San Francisco. In this full-time, fully remote position you will work on a variety of matters, including insurance defense and landlord-tenant cases. You will be responsible for drafting motions and legal memoranda, appearing before judges in courts within California, handling discovery, conducting depositions, and preparing cases for trial. This position offers the option to work fully remote or in the office, and provides multiple bonus opportunities.
