Qualifications:

•  Active CA license
•  3+ years of Medical Malpractice, Insurance Defense, and/or General Liability experience.
•  Superior analytical skills.
•  Excellent written and oral communication skills, and attention to detail.
•  A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn is essential.
•  Strong decision-making and proactive problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Independently work with a senior attorney on the team to manage caseload.
• Conduct legal research, handle discovery, and analyze medical and employment records.
• Regularly handle court appearances, depositions, and meetings.
• Communicate with clients and provide status reports.
