A premier litigation defense firm in Long Island, NY, is seeking a Medical Malpractice Defense Attorney. This hybrid role offers three days in-office and two days remote, with no billable hours, allowing you to focus on high-quality legal work. You will defend hospitals, university medical centers, physicians, and healthcare professionals in medical and dental liability actions. Responsibilities include drafting and reviewing discovery documents, conducting depositions, making court appearances, handling motion practice, and performing legal and medical research.
