Our client is a premier firm with over 200 years of combined legal experience. They are dedicated to advocating for injured victims throughout Florida and the United States and have a proven track record of recovering hundreds of millions of dollars for their clients.
The Position:
As a Personal Injury Attorney, you will play a vital role in helping clients navigate the legal process after an accident. This in-office position offers a stable schedule (Monday-Friday) with no billable hours. You will be responsible for all aspects of litigation, including:
- Depositions (expert and witness)
- Court appearances
- Jury trials
- Drafting and arguing motions
- Case management
- Overseeing the smooth progression of cases
The Ideal Candidate:
- Licensed attorney in the state of Florida
- Minimum 4-8 years of experience in personal injury and/or product liability litigation (judicial clerkship experience a plus)
- Proven track record of success in managing a full caseload from inception to resolution, including trial experience
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple cases of varying complexity
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong work ethic and dedication to client service
- A passion for advocating for the rights of the injured

- Competitive salary range: $90,000 - $130,000 (based on experience) with potential for bonuses
