Job description
We are seeking a mid-level associate to join an AV-rated public entity firm. This is a hybrid role based in Oakland, California. My client specializes in representing cities, public school districts, and other public agencies in a variety of litigation. Specifically, you will handle labor & employment FEHA claims.
Candidate Profile:
- 3-7 years' experience in civil litigation
- Experience in public entity and/or employment preferred but not required
- Strong legal researcher and writer
