Mission Recruiting is proud to represent one of Orange County’s most dynamic law firms specializing in property disputes. They seek a veteran trial attorney to represent their clients on complex real estate litigation matters.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting trials
- Drafting legal documents
- Providing expert counsel to clients
- Developing winning strategies and leadership on disputes being settled in the courtroom or by arbitration.
Qualifications:
- JD from an accredited law school.
- Active California Bar Membership.
- Substantial trial and arbitration experience.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills are essential.
Salary Range:
- $200,000 - $250,000 + Bonus D.O.E.
