Job description
Our client is seeking an Associate Attorney, with 2-5 years of complex litigation experience in state and federal courts, to assist in securities class actions, derivative actions, and individual litigation.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the development and prosecution of cases
- Provide factual and legal analysis of potential and pending claims
- Draft pleadings, motions, consolidated complaints, supportive role in discovery
- Excellent research, writing and time management skills
