We are seeking a highly motivated Associate Attorney to join our growingTrusts & Estates team. This virtual position is ideal for an attorney residing inOrange County, California, who can meet with clients in person when needed.

Responsibilities:

• Draft and review estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives.
• Conduct client interviews to understand their needs and goals.
• Assist with estate and trust administration, including asset identification, valuation, and distribution.
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda on complex estate planning and trust administration issues.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on client matters.
• Maintain a minimum billable hour requirement of 1,800 hours per year.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the California Bar (or eligibility for admission).
• 3-5 years of experience in Trusts & Estates law.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must reside in Orange County, CA.

• $105,000 - $155,000 Base salary
