Position Summary:

We are currently seeking a motivated and talented Probate & Trust Litigation Associate to join our team in Modesto, CA. This role presents excellent opportunities for career advancement within a supportive and dynamic work culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in probate and trust litigation matters, including will contests, trust disputes, and fiduciary litigation.
• Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests/responses.
• Conduct legal research and provide strategic advice to clients and senior attorneys.
• Advocate on behalf of clients in court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
• Manage cases independently or as part of a team, ensuring high-quality legal representation.
• Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.
• Contribute to the firm's growth and success by building and maintaining client relationships.

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar.
• 3-5 years of experience in probate and trust litigation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
