Responsibilities:
- Tax Planning Maestro: Develop and implement sophisticated estate tax planning strategies to help clients preserve wealth and minimize tax liabilities.
- Estate Administration Expert: Guide clients through the probate process, ensuring the efficient and accurate administration of estates.
- Legal Navigator: Provide detailed legal advice on complex estate and tax issues, keeping clients informed and compliant with the latest regulations.
- Client Advisor: Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients, offering them peace of mind through expert legal counsel.
- Collaborative Partner: Work closely with our team of attorneys, accountants, and financial planners to deliver comprehensive estate planning solutions.
Requirements:
- Licensed Attorney: Active MD Bar license; DC, VA & FL Bar licenses a PLUS!
- Experience: 4+ years of experience in estate tax law or related fields.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to articulate complex legal concepts clearly and concisely to clients and colleagues.
- Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in legal research, drafting legal documents, and developing innovative tax planning strategies.
- Detail-oriented: Meticulous attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in all work.
