Job Description:

We seek a multifaceted Trusts, Real Estate, and Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic team. As a vital member of our firm, you will navigate the complexities of these diverse legal areas, offering our clients expert guidance and robust representation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Trusts and Estates: Advise clients on estate planning, drafting wills, trusts, and handling probate matters. Ensure clients' assets are protected and efficiently transferred to their beneficiaries.
• Real Estate Law: Manage real estate transactions, including purchase agreements, leases, and closings. Provide counsel on property disputes, zoning laws, and development projects.
• Litigation: Represent clients in various legal disputes, both in court and through alternative dispute resolution. Develop and implement litigation strategies, draft pleadings, and manage case files.
• Client Relations: Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and expert legal advice.
• Versatile Problem-Solving: Apply your diverse legal knowledge to solve complex problems across multiple legal areas, tailoring solutions to meet clients' unique needs.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to NY State Bar and in good standing.
• Experience in trusts, real estate, and/or litigation.
• Strong understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and legal procedures.
• Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
• Proven track record of successful legal outcomes in varied practice areas.
