  • Matrimonial and Family Law experience a plus
  • Work closely with attorneys and other office staff
  • Must be organized and able to multitask.
  • Detail oriented with thorough follow up skills
  • Knowledge of WordPerfect and Outlook
  • Heavy client contact
  • Draft pleadings and subpoenas
  • Preparation of discovery demands and responses as well as Statements of Net Worth
  • Assembly of motions, preliminary conference documents and discovery responses
  • Preparing trial books
  • Salary commensurate with experience
