Required skillsets include, but are not limited to, legal document preparation, assisting in document review, drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery responses, E-filing, knowledge of court procedures and legal terminology, strong attention to detail and organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication, ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Proficiency in case management software (Filevine) and research tools is plus.
