Trust & Probate Litigation Attorney: El Segundo, CA — Handle Complex Matters with Hybrid Flexibility, Strong Team Support & a Lower Billable Expectation

Are you a litigation attorney looking for the opportunity to handle complex trust and probate disputes while working with a collaborative legal team and a manageable billable expectation? This Trust & Probate Litigation Attorney role offers the opportunity to take on meaningful matters, work directly with clients, and continue building your practice in a supportive environment.

The position is primarily focused on trust and probate litigation, representing trustees, beneficiaries, executors, administrators, conservators, and other fiduciaries in a variety of disputes. Attorneys interested in expanding their practice will also have the opportunity to support estate planning and trust administration matters.

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Manage trust and probate litigation matters from strategy through resolution.
  • Develop case strategies and collaborate with attorneys on complex disputes.
  • Conduct legal research and draft persuasive legal documents.
  • Advise clients, explain legal options, and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Participate in court proceedings, negotiations, and mediation.
  • Handle a meaningful caseload while continuing professional development.

This opportunity is ideal for a litigation attorney who enjoys complex disputes, client interaction, and working as part of a team. The firm is open to attorneys transitioning practice areas who have strong litigation fundamentals and are interested in developing experience in Trust & Probate Litigation.

The firm offers:

  • Competitive compensation of $160,000–$225,000+ depending on experience.
  • Additional bonus opportunities.
  • A lower annual billable expectation with a 1,500-hour minimum and 1,550-hour annual expectation.
