We’re seeking a California-licensed attorney with 2+ years of labor and employment experience to join our Sacramento office in a hybrid schedule (3 days in the office / 2 days remote).

 

Attorneys with union-side labor experience are strongly encouraged to apply. We also welcome candidates from plaintiffs’ employment law, public interest law, general litigation, or arbitration who bring a demonstrated commitment to workers’ rights.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage an independent caseload focused on union-side labor and employment matters
  • Handle arbitrations, administrative hearings, advocacy, and negotiations
  • Conduct legal research and draft briefs, motions, and pleadings
  • Communicate effectively with union clients, workers, and firm leadership
  • Support the firm’s labor and employment practice across public and private sectors

 

What You’ll Bring

  • Active California Bar membership
  • JD from an ABA-approved law school
  • Strong writing, oral advocacy, and client communication skills
  • Prior union representation experience or a demonstrated commitment to the labor and workers’ rights movements

 

Salary Range: $103,000–$136,000
