Attorney | Plaintiffs Employment Litigation | Hybrid | 148720 | Los Angeles, CA

A highly successful plaintiff-side firm in the Beverly Grove area of Los Angeles is seeking an Employment Litigation Attorney to join its expanding practice. Qualified attorneys will handle single-plaintiff employment litigation matters involving wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliation, sexual harassment, and FEHA claims from case development through trial preparation. This role is dedicated exclusively to single-plaintiff employment litigation and does not involve wage-and-hour, PAGA, or class action work.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of employment litigation experience, with 5+ years preferred, and should be comfortable managing litigation matters, drafting pleadings and motions, handling discovery, taking and defending depositions, preparing cases for mediation and trial, and working directly with clients.

The position offers a base salary of $180,000 to $220,000+, depending on experience and fit, along with bonus opportunities and a benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, retirement benefits, PTO, holidays, performance bonuses, team luncheons, and a hybrid work schedule.

Qualifications include:

Qualified candidates will be active members of the California Bar with 3+ years of post-bar litigation experience, strong deposition and motion practice skills, and the ability to manage an active caseload of approximately 50 to 75 matters with staff support.
