Responsibilities

  • Handle matters through all phases of litigation
  • Draft pleadings, motions, and legal documents
  • Conduct discovery and legal research
  • Take and defend depositions
  • Attend mediations and trials
  • Negotiate settlements
  • Work directly with managing partners
  • Collaborate with attorneys and staff to deliver exceptional client service

 

Qualifications

  • Active California Bar membership
  • 5+ years of litigation experience
  • Experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants preferred
  • Strong civil litigation foundation
  • Business and real estate litigation experience preferred; attorneys with employment defense, complex litigation, or general civil litigation backgrounds are encouraged to apply
  • Excellent written and oral advocacy skills

 

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $180,000–$250,000 DOE
  • Annual bonuses up to $30,000
  • Quarterly bonuses up to $12,500
  • 10% origination commission on collected referred work
  • Hybrid work schedule

  • Minimum annual billable expectation of 1,500 hours
