Director of Intake and Client Acquisition

Mission Recruiting is seeking an experienced Director of Intake and Client Acquisition for a growing plaintiff-side personal injury law firm in Van Nuys, California.

This is an opportunity to build and lead an intake department from the ground up, working directly with the firm’s Managing Partner. The ideal candidate is a proven personal injury intake professional ready to take the next step into leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Build and manage an internal intake department.
• Develop intake procedures, scripts, and follow-up systems.
• Train, supervise, and coach intake specialists.
• Oversee lead conversion and retainer execution.
• Monitor performance metrics and improve intake efficiency.

Qualifications:

• 3 to 5+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury intake experience required.
• Proven success converting leads into signed retainers.
• Experience training or supervising intake staff.
• Familiarity with CasePeer or similar legal CRM systems.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Prior Director title is not required.
