What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years of employment litigation experience, plaintiff or defense side
• Experience with wage-and-hour/PAGA claims or FEHA/ADA matters
• Settlement experience, with a clear grasp of settlement amounts and fees
• Strong negotiation and adversarial litigation skills
• Comfort thriving in a fast-paced, structured environment; trial experience a plus but not required
• Active California Bar membership in good standing

The Role

• Manage a docket of plaintiff-side employment matters from intake through resolution
• Draft and review complaints, pleadings, and discovery
• Handle motion practice, mediations, and settlement negotiations
• Take and defend depositions
• Prepare clients and witnesses
• Collaborate with firm leadership and internal teams, tracking deadlines and case progress using firm systems
• The position is fully remote, and each attorney is supported by a dedicated paralegal and client experience specialist while managing a full caseload.
