Represented by Mission Recruiting, this opportunity is ideal for a litigator who enjoys ownership of cases, direct collaboration with partners, and sophisticated client interaction. The practice focuses on representing subcontractors and general contractors in active construction defect disputes across the state.
What You’ll Do
- Handle a caseload focused on construction defect litigation
- Represent subcontractors and general contractors in active litigation matters
- Draft pleadings, discovery, and dispositive motions
- Conduct and defend depositions involving experts, contractors, and key witnesses
- Prepare matters for mediation, arbitration, and trial
- Collaborate with clients and partners on litigation strategy

- Base salary starting at $175,000-$200,000+
